Base salary will currently land in the $80,000 to $110,000 range, depending on experience and scope. This is stable, predictable pay tied to the size and complexity of the business you are supporting. On top of base, this role includes quarterly performance bonuses tied directly to real outcomes. Bonuses are based on completed, held homeowner appointments, not impressions, clicks, or raw lead volume. The focus is on real sales opportunities that actually show up.
