Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • Dental insurance, • Free uniforms, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Parental leave Responsibilities • Operational Leadership & Policy Development, • Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures to standardize workflows across all centers., • Monitor adherence to compliance regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state-specific healthcare mandates., • Conduct facility audits to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement., • Vendor & Resource Management, • Establish, negotiate, and maintain vendor contracts to secure optimal terms and reliable service., • Oversee supply chain logistics, including procurement and inventory control of medical and administrative supplies., • Manage service providers for facility maintenance, IT systems, and clinical equipment., • Administrative Oversight, • Manage the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and financial tracking for operational expenses., • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail processes across facilities., • Ensure timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and communications for operations., • Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives, • Collaborate with department heads on monthly meetings to align operations with company goals., • Lead project management calls and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, patient satisfaction, and revenue generation., • Formulate strategies to increase patient volume and enhance physician engagement., • Support the onboarding of new physicians and opening of new clinical sites., • Clinical and Revenue Support, • Assist the VP of Revenue Cycle with physician credentialing and payer enrollment processes., • Develop and implement training programs and tools to improve care coordination and patient services., • Maintain a patient-focused approach to ensure that quality standards and best practices are consistently met., • Financial Management, • Monitor and manage operating budgets for all assigned locations., • Evaluate financial performance metrics and recommend cost-control or revenue-enhancement strategies., • Problem-Solving & Workflow Optimization, • Investigate and resolve operational challenges, escalating issues when necessary., • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improved processes.Minimum Qualifications, • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)., • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a multispecialty or multi-facility environment., • Proven track record in vendor negotiation and management, budget oversight, and operational policy development., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams., • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders., • Proficiency with healthcare management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
