Qualifications Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED and completion of formal training in customer service, patient services, healthcare administration, social services, or case management., • Foundational knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes gained via coursework or certification., • Ability to pass hospital credentialing, including vaccinations and drug/alcohol screening., • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field., • Training in motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, or medical billing/coding., • Continuing education in Medicaid/Medicare eligibility, health equity, or patient advocacy. Job Description Director of Reflections/Memory Care Coordinator We are seeking a caring, dedicated and experienced LPN nurse supervisor to become the Director of Reflections, our dedicated Alzheimer’s and dementia Memory Care Neighborhood at our beautiful and luxurious community of The Bristal Assisted Living at North Hills. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of the Reflections Program, including planning, organizing and coordinating special needs programs. You will also provide team member supervision and training, and act as a liaison and advocate for our residents and their families. This is a hands-on position requiring occasional participation in assisting residents with ADLs.
