Job Description MedSpa Manager An exciting opportunity awaits for a dynamic MedSpa Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy and growing MedSpa. Benefits & Compensation • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off, holidays, and sick days, • Employee discounts on services and products, • Professional development and training opportunities, • Supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growthRequirements & Qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or related field, • 1–2 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or MedSpa operations, • Prior management or supervisory experience preferred, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), • Proven ability to problem-solve, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities, • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; ability to quickly learn and manage new systems, • Availability to work SaturdaysMust Haves, • Oversee all day-to-day MedSpa operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory management, financials, and compliance, • Lead and coach staff through daily huddles, quarterly check-ins, and annual reviews, • Monitor sales goals and KPIs, providing actionable strategies to achieve targets, • Conduct interviews, train new team members, and create staff development plans, • Manage budgets, review P&L, and ensure smooth execution of operational plans, • Represent the MedSpa in the community through outreach, marketing, and events, • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and MedSpa policies/proceduresPreferred Background & Skills, • Customer service expertise with a client-first approach, • Strong background in sales and community relationship-building, • Skilled in motivating, coaching, and team-building, • Comfortable handling tough conversations with professionalism and empathy, • Systems and process savvy, with experience in:, • Slack, • Gmail/G-Suite, • Zenoti, • iSolved
