Qualifications: With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in business, geriatrics, health care, hospitality or a related field and a minimum of eight years of progressive management experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Experience with multi-site management and working in senior living is preferable, but would be open to other backgrounds., • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to connect and communicate effectively, in English, with diverse populations., • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead people and get results through others., • Will be currently located in a commutable distance to the New Jersey Region, or is willing to relocate to this area., • Ability to analyze and synthesize data from a variety of sources and to apply reason, logic, and advanced problem solving skills to resolve complex issues., • Strong financial acumen and ability to develop and execute complex, strategic business plans., • Ability to both work collaboratively and to make independent decisions as appropriate., • Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing., • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to prioritize, organize and manage multiple priorities., • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly master new software applications., • Strong customer orientation to older adults., • Compliance with state licensing requirements (where applicable). We are looking for a compassionate and capable transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) coordinator to create a supportive TMS treatment experience for our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, administering TMS treatments as prescribed, and assisting patients to complete psychiatric rating scales before and after sessions. To ensure success, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) technicians should possess experience in healthcare administration and detailed knowledge of TMS treatment. First-class candidates exhibit a patient-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills in regards to customer service. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Technician Responsibilities: * Scheduling TMS treatment appointments and verifying medical insurance authorizations. * Administering TMS treatments according to protocols provided by mental healthcare professionals. * Enabling effective treatment by accurately positioning the TMS equipment's electromagnetic coil. * Ensuring head and neck support in order for patients to remain completely still during sessions. * Explaining TMS procedures and its possible effects on patients, as well as answering questions. * Creating a supportive treatment environment and demonstrating compassion. * Assisting patients to complete psychiatric rating scales after sessions. * Recording session notes and collaborating with certified TMS psychiatrists on patient care. The 988 Mobile Crisis Outreach Response program will respond to adults (18 and above) in nonlife-threatening situations who have contacted the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Manager of Peer Recovery Support Services also functions as the Patient Navigator / Trainer within the OORP program. Job Duties 1. Embodies Eva’s Village’s core values, voice, and tone to provide an exceptional and effective experience for our clients, funders, employees, and volunteers., 2. Oversee, supervise, and monitor the daily operations of the RCC and OORP program, services, and staff., 3. Collaborates with the Senior and Associate Peer Services Coordinators to develop and coordinate activities and services within the Recovery Community Center, ensuring alignment with related programs, departments, and staff to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards., 4. Shall attend any training and/or meetings in person or via conference call that are scheduled by DMHAS to support the delivery, sustainability, and effectiveness of OORP services., 5. Maintains effective intra-office and inter-office communication within departments., 6. Shall ensure cooperation and collaboration with the DMHAS statewide evaluator for the OORP, which may include focus group participation; key informant interviews; and individual data reporting (i.e., select social indicators; substance use, overdose and mental health history; patient outreach; services provided, and recovery and treatment follow-up)., 7. Providing an evidence-based comprehensive case management assessment that includes life domains such as housing, finances, transportation, legal services, vocational, employment, health care, and family strengths/needs., 12. Developing linkages and linking individuals to resources that address specialized needs, such as services related to HIV/AIDS, mental health disorders, chronic and acute health problems, pregnant and parenting women, veterans and problems stemming from involvement with the criminal justice system., 17. The NFP Nurse Home Visitor (NHV) reports to the Nurse Supervisor and is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services to first-time parent(s) eligible for the NFP program.
