Role and Responsibilities: • Work closely with design to ensure TOP sample matches approved PP sample. Inspect weight, color, print and material execution etc. with the support of design. Ensure that all products are produced to the same size and standard as approved PP., • Confirm the vendor has made the product correctly. Accept or reject finished sample items. Follow up on rejected samples for revisions needed from vendors., • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot any product or packaging issues., • Review packaging artwork. Initial artwork to be reviewed by email followed by actual labels. Ensure color execution matches pantone, legal information is accurate, paper quality is correct, retails and contents are accurate, bar code scans with proper grade etc., • Confirm packaging is properly secure to the product to avoid any issues at retail., • Communicate with sales and customers on customer specific TOPs. Review customer vendor guides to ensure customer TOP is compliant and samples are sent following the customer’s protocol. Work within customer portals as needed., • Create and maintain a sample requirement library for each customer., • Record tracking information of any TOPs shared with customers and ensure the TOP is received by the customer. Follow up as needed for customer comments and share comments with vendors., • Utilize a product milestone report. Monitor packaging and samples that are due to be received. A significant number of individuals in the NYC jail system will receive care on the mental health service. The service strives to provide safe, holistic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for the diverse range of mental health issues that face the population, from serious mental illness to the natural struggles that accompany incarceration. The service provides some of the most comprehensive and unique treatment modalities in the country, including specialty housing units for individuals with serious mental illness, a 24-hour on-call psychiatric service, robust creative arts programming, clinics in each of the facilities, substance use treatment, medication assisted treatment (MAT), integrated re-entry services that includes alternatives to incarceration, and relationships with multiple training institutions throughout the city. Furthermore, CHS has been engaged in an effort to better identify people with neurodevelopmental/neurocognitive disorders and to utilize psychological testing to connect people to services in the community (e.g., with OPWDD). Summary of position The Supervising Psychiatrist is a psychiatric leader of a facility, clinical area, or program and works in close collaboration with the Mental Health Unit Chief, Clinical Supervisors, and Senior Psychiatrist (if applicable) to ensure that safe, holistic, and evidence-based psychiatric care is provided to incarcerated patients with varying levels of mental health needs. A team-based approach to care is critical; one that incorporates all relevant mental health and medical disciplines as well as security staff. A major component of this position will be training, recruiting and retaining high quality staff and providing strong leadership and mentorship for existing staff. Responsibilities Include (depending on location): • Ensure the highest possible quality of mental health care both in the facility and in collaboration with the other jail facilities in the system. This includes active participation in quality improvement, staff and patient safety initiatives, treatment supervision, and personnel mentorship and management., • In coordination with the facility-specific Mental Health Unit Chief, design, implementation, ongoing review, and monitoring of relevant clinical facility-specific procedures, policies and operating manuals, • Direct clinical individual and group supervision of the relevant psychiatric prescribing staff, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatric physician assistants. The Nourish program is a Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) that aims to increase health in individuals who are 60 years or older and have low incomes by providing nutritious food choices provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. NYCP is one of the four agencies statewide contracted to run this program, which allows seniors to receive food on a monthly basis. Food packages include a variety of foods. Responsibilities • Partner with health plan stakeholders to build and develop end-to-end payor relationships, • Build and leverage in-depth knowledge of nuances in insurance market contracting, • Conduct and consolidate research related to payor workstreams and novel markets, • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, GTM, Legal, Compliance, RCM, etc.) to maintain health plan contracts, • Streamline development of go-to-market team processes, workflows, and tools, • Assist with scaling Commercial team initiatives over time to meet the needs of Charlie Health, • Analyze complex healthcare claims data to support competitive analysis and go-to-market strategy, • Support payor remediation efforts to streamline billing practices and improve revenue collectionsRequirements, • At least 2-4+ years of relevant professional experience, including 1–2 years in investment banking, consulting, or at a high-growth start-up, • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel; proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments, • Resourceful problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights; experience with healthcare analytics is a plus The total target base compensation for this role will be between $106,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $117,000 and $148,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. Job Description Title: Case Manager – Mental Health Location: TBD Salary Range: $27.47 per hour ($50,000 per year) FLSA Classification: Full-time (35 hours), Non-exempt Role Summary: The successful candidate will provide a full range of on-site, person-centered, strengths-based services to a caseload of approximately 20-25 clients with the objective to help people live fulfilling lives in the community. The Case Manager will be responsible for counseling, client intakes, case management, and counseling and aftercare services. The manager will collaborate with colleagues to meet the needs of their caseload and achieve program success while fulfilling NAICA’s core purpose, value and vision. Primary Job Responsibilities/Duties: The Case Manager – Mental Health is responsible for, but not limited to: • Conduct initial intake assessments and act upon critical needs appropriately, • Utilizes assessment tools (CARES) to identify support service needs and make immediate referrals, • Orient clients to the shelter program, requirements and consequences, • Provide client with Independent Living Plan (ILP) (CARES), working in collaboration with other Social Service providers and ensure the delivery of comprehensive support services., • Assist non-working clients to obtain Public Assistance, • Complete psycho-social assessments within the first 30 days of intake, • Track and monitor client progress, • Empower clients to become involved in their own planning and goal setting, • Conduct weekly/bi-weekly meetings with clients, or as needed, • Refer clients and encourage job development for subsequent employment if appropriate, • Refer clients to appropriate resources to assist with set goals, • Meet with clients to address issues, challenges and successes to assist in strengthening their capacity for long-term self-sufficiency, • Maintain client files to include conversations, warnings and progress reports and documenting all incidents, • Maintain confidential case record for all clients, • Report critical incidents immediately to the Site Director/ Director of Social Services, • Work collaboratively with other Housing Specialist and Employment staff to identify client readiness for employment and/or housing, • Treat all clients, visitors and employees with kindness, respect and dignity, • Report critical incidents immediately to the Director/Supervisor of Social Services, • Refer clients to internal and external resources and serve as an advocate when necessary, • Provide case management and counseling periodically; one year beyond the client’s departure, • Develop and maintain connections with other programs and units within the organization to facilitate inter-agency referrals, • Responsible for escorting clients to housing viewings, DHS or HRA appointments, • Responsible for placing clients into suitable housing, • Case notes must be completed within 24 hours after meeting with clients, • Substitutes for other staff when need arises, • Perform general clerical duties Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks., • Must be able to lift and carry up to 5 pounds., • Must be able to travel to multiple NYC sites as needed., • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities., • Ability to climb stairs. Work Environment / Schedule Requirements: • Office setting with regular exposure to computer screens and moderate noise levels., • May be required to work shifts, including evenings or night tours and/or Saturdays, Sundays and holidays with holiday pay differential., • Transitional Housing Program staff are required to continue their shift until relieved by another staff member or authorized to leave by a supervisor.
