The Bronx Community Justice Center is seeking an Outreach Worker for the Save Our Streets South Bronx program. Reporting to the Outreach Worker Supervisor, the Outreach Worker will serve as a mentor and peer counselor to a caseload of 10-15 individuals most impacted by community violence, redirecting them toward positive attitude, behavior, and lifestyle changes. POSITION OVERVIEW Under supervision of the Program Director the Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and quality assurance to all unlicensed and licensed staff clinicians who provide substance and alcohol abuse services in an OTP program setting. There will be two main entrances: one for the east side of the street and one for the west. Each building contains 20 apartments of varying sizes, each fully self-contained.
