Qualifications • Occupational Therapist Program Graduate, • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible., • Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications., • Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance., • Ability to travel to patients’ homes within the assigned geographic territory, • Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc. Additional Information The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $65-80. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
