Job Description Position Overview DataCT LLC is a Delaware limited liability company headquartered in New York, New York, formed as a single-purpose, independent, member-owned entity to serve as the Administrator of the U.S. Consolidated Tape Plan (the CT Plan). DataCT LLC is responsible for the unified administration of Tapes A, B, and C under the CT Plan, acting on behalf of CT Plan LLC under the Administrator mandate. DataCT is currently engaged under an Interim Services Agreement and is transitioning to the definitive Administrator Services Agreement with CT Plan LLC. The organization is building toward a full operating state of approximately 25 employees and is expected to be fully operational by April 2027. The Head of Operations is the senior executive responsible for the end-to-end operational service delivery of DataCT in its capacity as the CT Plan Administrator. The role owns all day-to-day administrative operations — subscriber onboarding, usage tracking, direct and indirect billing, MISU processing, delinquency management, reporting, and compliance operations — and is accountable for meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements committed under the Administrator Services Agreement. This is a hands-on, build-and-run role. The Head of Operations will design, implement, and operate the scalable infrastructure required to support approximately 2,000 subscribers and the high-volume invoicing, revenue-allocation, and audit workflows that follow. The role works closely with DataBP LLC (technology services provider), Deloitte (PMO and accounting/receivables), and the SIP Processors, and is expected to instill a digital-first, continuous-improvement culture across the Operations function. Job Description COURT REPRESENTATIVE QUEENS SUPERVISED RELEASE PROGRAM POSTED: 3/20/2026 ABOUT CJA The New York City Criminal Justice Agency (CJA) is a not-for-profit service and research organization that operates in partnership with the New York City Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice. CJA is the City's main pretrial services agency, combining operations, pilot projects, and research under one roof. CJA utilizes procedural justice practices to provide pretrial services to over 100,000 arrested annually in New York City. Information collected about these arrestees and subsequent case processing is maintained in the agency's internal and externally shared database systems, which are used to conduct descriptive and evaluation research on arrestee characteristics, case processing and court outcomes, and on issues and potential reforms to criminal justice policy in New York City. CJA's programs operate in the criminal courts and detention facilities 24 hours a day seven days a week within the 5 boroughs of NYC, employing over 300 employees, citywide. PROGRAM SUMMARY The Queens Supervised Release Program is the first program launched by the City of New York's Supervised Release Initiative in 2009 and is the model for which Supervised Release Programs have evolved citywide. CJA operates the QSRP in Queens Criminal Court seven days a week, during both the day and night court. The program serves individuals of all ages who are released at criminal court arraignments, who are charged with felonies and misdemeanors, and who present a substantial likelihood of detention but are at risk of failing to appear in court if released on recognizance. QSRP provides pretrial supervision and voluntary social service referrals to a wide array of community-based organizations which offer services including job training, employment, substance misuse treatment, and mental health counseling. Participants remain in the community and are monitored to ensure they attend all court appearances and avoid rearrest with the goal of successful reconnection to their community. POSITION SUMMARY Court Representatives are the first point of contact with CJA services. They coordinate release with court partners, orient newly released participants, and present program eligibility and obligations to both court stakeholders and participants. The Night Shift QSRP Court Representative role is based at Queens Criminal Court during evening and weekend arraignment hours (Wednesdays through Sunday, 5pm to 1am). This role serves as primary CJA contact during night arraignments and provides critical support to participants following a highly challenging period- immediately following arrest, detention and arraignment. This position works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of court representatives, court-based social workers, and acts as a vital link between the court and the CJA Case Management team. Neighbors in Action is seeking a Violence Interrupter for the Save Our Streets (S.O.S.) Bed-Stuy program. Reporting to the Violence Interrupter Supervisor, the Violence Interrupter will work individually and as a team to prevent neighborhood shootings and killings. They will provide conflict mediation services and serve as conduits to the program’s Outreach Workers who work with program participants on a long-term basis. Job Description Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Performance Manager (Investment Data Analyst) for a premier $20B+ Global Equity Investment Management Firm in New York, NY. Reporting directly to the COO, this key role is responsible for the integrity and evolution of the firm’s performance reporting, risk analytics, and attribution frameworks. The Manager will act as a strategic bridge between the investment team and client services, providing sophisticated data simulations and ensuring global compliance standards (GIPS). Job Responsibilities • Performance & Attribution: Design and manage complex attribution reporting aligned with investment strategies, including risk-based attribution and ex-ante risk analysis., • Risk Analytics: Enable broader risk reporting for investment strategies, including liquidity analysis, country-specific risk, and volatility reporting., • Compliance & GIPS: Assist in the development and standardization of GIPS composites and lead the coordination with external verification examiners to ensure regulatory compliance., • Investment Support: Maintain and optimize screening tools to identify the investable universe based on parameters defined by the investment team., • Client Service Analytics: Develop marketing-ready analytics highlighting portfolio characteristics, risk exposures, and performance drivers/detractors., • System Optimization: Evaluate and optimize research and data systems (FactSet), including the integration of AI-driven tools to automate and streamline workflows., • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Computer Science is required., • Technical or programming background (Python/SQL) is highly preferred., • CIPM or CFA designation is a significant advantage.Experience, • Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in Investment Management., • Extensive experience with Global Equities and long-term investment strategies., • Deep expertise in GIPS and SEC reporting standards.Technical Skills, • FactSet & Excel: Advanced proficiency is REQUIRED; must be expert in extracting data and presenting it via complex charts and tables., • Quantitative Mastery: Deep understanding of how returns are calculated, evaluated, and modeled., • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans, • Life insurance coverage, • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays, • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
