Requirements: What You Bring, Your Expertise as a Survey Technician • High School Diploma or GED required., • Associate’s degree in surveying (or related field) preferred., • 3-5 years of surveying experience preferred., • Knowledge of land surveying mathematical principles, terminology, and field survey methods required., • Experience in downloading, processing, and organizing survey field data., • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience strongly preferred., • MicroStation Open Roads experience preferred., • Experience with PennDOT field and office standards preferred., • Professional performance standards aligned with Fisher’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values., • Proven ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment., • Driven to take ownership of projects, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment., • Highly adaptable and proactive in meeting deliverables and deadlines., • Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration integrity, respect, and active listening., • Have a sense of curiosity and champion continuous improvement.
