Pediatric Neurodevelop Medicin The Developmental Pediatrician will: Saint Peter's Healthcare System is seeking a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician to join our team at The Children's Hospital which is a regional tertiary center located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Overview This is a chance to join a wide array of specialists to support patients and their families including child psychologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians. • Patients range from birth through 18 years of age and present with a broad spectrum of syndromes, select mutations, learning disabilities, and conditions., • Typical day consists of 3 new patients and 5 follow-up patients., • Enjoy working in a rich teaching environment with academic involvement with pediatric residents and students from two medical schools., • New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply! The Children's Hospital has a dedicated, newly designed pediatric emergency room with more than 23,000 visits annually and a full range of medical and surgical pediatric subspecialty care. The Children's Hospital is home to the region's top pediatric intensivists and neonatologists and boasts a 54-bed neonatal ICU, an inpatient pediatric unit with a dedicated epilepsy monitoring unit and a 14-bed pediatric ICU with step-down. Requirements: • Fellowship trained in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, • Board-certified or board-eligible in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics, • MD or DO New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure, • Spanish speaking a plus Full-time compensation at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System ranges from $175,000 - $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
