Job Description As a Billing Specialist, you will manage the billing process as it relates to tuition and Medicaid billing. You will be responsible for review and verification of documentation accuracy for billable services. You will report to the principal, and work onsite. Responsibilities: • Assume all responsibilities related to student attendance and School Tool, • Enter data into School Tool as assigned, • Answer phones, create correspondence, make copies and distribute mail, • Greet visitors to the building, ensuring that they have a visitor pass and are escorted to their destination, • Maintain Neil Hellman School main office and order office supplies, • Schedule meetings on behalf of the principal, • Maintain accurate and complete monthly billing to customers, funding sources, and grantors for all programs of Northern Rivers and Affiliated Agencies., • Run monthly mobility reports and ensure accuracy., • Create accurate census monthly reporting, • High School diploma required, • Health care package: medical, dental, and vision, • Tuition reimbursement, • Paid time off, • Holiday Pay, • 401 (K) plan, • Life Insurance, • Loan repayment assistance Northern Rivers Family Services is committed to keeping a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and the clients we serve.
