Job Title: Inventory Coordinator Pay Range: $17.25/hr - $19.00/hr Location: Lexington, KY Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt Shift: 7 a.m.–3 p.m. | Monday–Friday Who You Are: You're an organized and dependable team player who takes pride in keeping finished goods accurate, compliant, and ready to ship. You thrive in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment and enjoy hands-on work—whether you're counting products, moving materials, or updating inventory systems. You're detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to learn new skills while supporting Curaleaf and The Hemp Co. by Curaleaf operations across Kentucky. What You'll Do: As an Inventory Coordinator at Curaleaf, you'll support the day-to-day movement and tracking of finished goods to keep our operations accurate and compliant. In this entry-level role, you will: • Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and data entry to keep finished-goods inventory records precise, • Monitor inbound and outbound product movements and confirm all transactions are recorded in real time, • Pick, package, count, and scan wholesale orders to meet customer and production timelines, • Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (training provided if needed) to safely move finished products and materials, • Load and unload trucks, ensuring goods are stored and handled to prevent damage, • Collect, audit, and file required paperwork to meet state cannabis regulations and company policies, • Assist with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP by entering data, reconciling counts, and supporting product transfers and manifests, • Conduct daily equipment inspections, report any safety concerns, and follow OSHA and company safety protocols, • Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote efficiency and product integrity, • You are at least 25 years of age and maintain a clean driving record, • You can safely lift up to 50 lbs. and enjoy working in a physically active environment, • You have basic math skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, • You have experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse operations, • You hold—or are willing to obtain—a valid certification to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear, use hands to finger or feel, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 50 lbs. The employee is occasionally required to climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and lift up to 75 lbs. This position requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: This position has allergen warnings, potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens, requires exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol, requires daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary, requires the ability to work in confined spaces, has exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms, has exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels and requires a high stress tolerance, adaptability, and flexibility.
