Job Description Job Description: Club Operations Manager Job Type : Full Time ( Level 2 Management ) Schedule: Various Report to : Club General Manager Location: City Night-Life Entertainment Corp As the Club Operations Manager at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the club to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, including bar, security, front-of-house, maintenance, and entertainment departments. You will work closely with senior management to uphold brand standards, drive efficiency, and maintain a safe, profitable, and enjoyable environment for guests and staff alike. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations across all departments within the club, • Lead and supervise department heads and team leads (bar, security, FOH, maintenance, etc.), • Ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently met, • Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and team performance across shifts, • Collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, cost control, and vendor management, • Monitor inventory levels for supplies, equipment, and bar stock; oversee ordering and receiving, • Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and labor regulations, • Support security and safety efforts to maintain a secure environment for patrons and staff, • Oversee event setup and coordination, ensuring smooth execution of club nights and private events, • Address and resolve customer concerns or incidents promptly and professionally, • 3–5 years of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or club operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities, • Knowledge of nightclub or bar operations, including POS systems, inventory, and staffing, • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including liquor licensing and safety protocols, • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, • Flexible schedule, with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays, • High school diploma required; college degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
