Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for career advancement Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License Current AHA BLS CPR Certification recommended Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered Strong leader with 3+ years of experience in subacute/long-term care required Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Responsibilities Plans, develops, organizes, implements, and directs nursing services for residents on the assigned unit Reviews complaints and grievances made or filed by staff and makes appropriate reports to the Director of Nursing as required or necessary Ensures an adequate stock of medications, medical supplies, equipment, etc., is maintained on the unit at all times to adequately meet resident needs and notifies appropriate personnel of needs Manages staff, makes nursing/aide assignments, and conducts nursing rounds throughout the shift and as needed Provides education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members Assists in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident Tracks treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines Coordinates with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residents Ensures staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator Complete Care is an equal opportunity employer. #LI-CB1 9.29.26
