The Clinical Nurse (RN) delivers safe, competent, and quality nursing care based on theory, research, evidence-based practice, and organizational standards. Responsibilities include patient assessment, critical thinking in care management, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family education, quality and safety initiatives, and participation in operational and professional development activities.
