A PGY 1 Residency and a PGY2 residency in Oncology is preferred, or equal clinical experience in Oncology with BCOP. Selected candidate will provide clinical pharmacy services for inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology medication management; and be responsible for the management of adult patients receiving ambulatory chemotherapy as well as patients with oncology related admissions. He/she will actively participate in committee work and projects to advance and elevate pharmacy practice and investigational drug services related to oncology studies.
