Job Description Leading menswear brand recognized for delivering high-quality, fashion-forward apparel is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator with a passion for fashion and strong organizational skills to support daily operations at our East Rockaway/Oceanside, NY headquarters. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering up to $24/hour, ideal for someone with 1–3 years of administrative experience in the fashion industry. Job Summary The Office Administrator will serve as the central point of contact for office management and administrative functions. This role supports smooth day-to-day operations across departments including production, sales, and design. It's ideal for someone with a background in fashion who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities • Input and ship orders into our system (training provided), • Use Excel and Word daily—fluency in both is essential, • Answer phones and communicate effectively with customers, • Collaborate with the sales team on various administrative tasks, • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics, • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems, • Monitor office supplies and coordinate reorders or equipment repairs, • Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents with accuracy, • Coordinate internal meetings and assist with planning, • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage shipping logistics, • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field (Fashion degree preferred), • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience; fashion industry background a plus, • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or inventory systems a plus, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetCompany DescriptionThe Bachrach Group LTD.
