Join our team to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and positive HR Consultant to join our fully remote team. This role will manage HR functions for multiple clients, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Korean and English, with experience using BambooHR software, and thrives in a remote work setting while maintaining exceptional communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities • Client Management: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clients, delivering customized HR solutions to meet their unique needs., • HR Strategy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., California labor laws, FLSA, EEOC)., • Employee Relations: Advise clients on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions., • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage employee onboarding processes, including orientation and training, and oversee offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions., • Payroll & Benefits Support: Collaborate with clients to administer payroll processes and benefits programs, using BambooHR and other HRIS platforms., • Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs on topics such as workplace policies, diversity, and compliance for client employees., • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in BambooHR, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, CMIA)., • Bilingual Support: Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking clients and employees, providing translation and cultural sensitivity as needed., • Project Management: Handle multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
