Description We are seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer who will manage a collaborative and dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with electric transmission. The successful candidate will serve as a Lead Engineer and Technical Project Manager on high voltage electric transmission line design projects of overhead and underground systems for some of the largest utilities in the country as well as regional utilities. Description We are seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer who will manage a collaborative and dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with electric transmission. The successful candidate will serve as a Lead Engineer and Technical Project Manager on high voltage electric transmission line design projects of overhead and underground systems for some of the largest utilities in the country as well as regional utilities. This role sits within the Portfolio Operations organization and serves as the single source of truth for all data center lease information, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational rigor across the lease lifecycle. About the role: You will partner closely with Data Center Operations, Legal, Accounting, Finance, and external real estate partners to manage lease records, commencement processes, and controls in accordance with ASC 842, SOX, and internal governance standards. This role reports to the Director of Portfolio Operations and operates at the intersection of real estate, finance, and infrastructure operations.
