About the Role: Are you looking for an opportunity to work remotely, earn great commissions, and receive amazing bonuses? Join my New Jersey-based real estate team as a Cold Caller! This is a commission-based role where you'll play a vital part in connecting potential buyers and sellers using provided scripts and CRM tools. Responsibilities: Make a minimum of 120 cold calls per day using the provided script. Use our CRM system to manage leads and track progress. Schedule appointments with potential clients. Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor on all calls. Compensation and Benefits: $75 per appointment made (paid weekly). Percentage of the purchase price for every closed deal. Exciting bonuses for closed deals, including iPhones, laptops, tablets, and more! Work remotely with flexible hours. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
