Security Officers in this role play an important part in maintaining a safe, well-managed property while delivering courteous and attentive service to tenants and visitors. Security Officer Responsibilities Security Officers may perform a combination of the following duties depending on site needs: 1. Conduct routine patrols of interior and exterior areas of the building, 4. Monitor surveillance cameras and building security systems, 5.
