REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 2 years of work experience in a brokerage firm, • Active Life & Health License, • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, online benefit enrollment systems, and automated agency management systems. We are looking for experienced technicians with at least two years of experience in the IT or HVAC controls industry, with a strong comprehension of either IT systems and networks, or automated control systems and logic programming (Ladder, FBD, structured text). Job Details: • This is a 1099/per call position, • Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed., • Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled, • Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked, • Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered., • Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day, • You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding.
