About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and technically capable Digital Marketing & Systems Manager to support and elevate the digital leasing and marketing experience across our multifamily portfolio. What You’ll Do Digital Marketing & Brand Support • Maintain and evolve the company’s digital presence across websites, leasing platforms, and digital touchpoints, • Coordinate website updates, photography, floor plans, content changes, and digital brand assets, • Support resident-facing and prospect-facing marketing materials, templates, and communications, • Assist with digital readiness and marketing setup for new developments and lease-ups, • Partner with Operations, Leasing, and Brand teams to create a cohesive and elevated prospect and resident experience Digital Performance & Advertising • Monitor ILS performance, lead quality, and leasing conversion metrics, • Assist in overseeing CPC spend and identifying opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and organic traffic, • Monitor SEO performance and recommend strategies to improve search visibility and lead generation, • Coordinate with third-party marketing agencies, website vendors, and advertising partners to ensure strong performance and reporting consistency, • Support online reputation management initiatives, including review monitoring and digital presence optimization Systems & Leasing Technology • Support backend administration and optimization of RentCafe and other leasing/marketing platforms, • Assist with CRM and leasing technology initiatives, updates, and troubleshooting, • Maintain accuracy of pricing, concessions, floor plans, and digital inventory across systems, • Help identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency, • Support onsite teams with training and best practices related to leasing systems and digital workflows Analytics & Operational Reporting • Track and report on leasing and marketing KPIs, including:, • website traffic, • lead-to-tour conversion, • campaign effectiveness, • lead source performance, • Analyze trends and identify opportunities to improve prospect engagement and operational performance, • Support centralized and scalable leasing and marketing workflows across the portfolio What We’re Looking For • 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, multifamily marketing, leasing systems, proptech, or related fields, • Multifamily or real estate industry experience strongly preferred, • Experience with Yardi RentCafe strongly preferred, • Familiarity with CRM platforms, leasing systems, website CMS platforms, and analytics tools, • Experience coordinating with third-party marketing agencies and vendors preferred, • Strong organizational and project management skills, • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, • Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution, • Self-starter with a detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset Why Join KRE? • Opportunity to make an impact across a growing multifamily portfolio, • Collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment, • Exposure to marketing, operations, leasing, and proptech initiatives, • Long-term growth opportunities within a stable real estate organization Work Schedule & Availability • Monday through Friday, standard business hours, • Onsite role based in Jersey City, NJ, • Ability to work additional hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed to support operational priorities, system updates, property launches, or urgent business needs, • Availability to respond to time-sensitive operational or system-related matters outside of standard business hours when necessary Physical Requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer, • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds, • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, and copiers, • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position Work Environment • Office-based environment with moderate noise levels, • Fast-paced setting with multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities, • Frequent collaboration with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and onsite property staff Additional Information The KRE Group conducts background checks and MVR checks (if applicable) as a condition of employment.
