About the Role: As a Group Home Assistant Manager you will work closely with the Group Home Manager to ensure the day-to-day operations of the group home runs seamlessly. Schedule: • 8 Hour shift, • Full-time, • 3pm-11pm + Alternating weekends Responsibilities: • Assist residents in all activities of daily living while promoting independence, • Transport residents to daily program/work as required or needed, • Accompany residents on doctor appointments and ensure proper follow-up, • Attend annual ISP meetings for residents and ensure accurate information, • Maintain records of residents' progress, • Assist in planning recreation and leisure time activities, including community outings., • Prepare menu and do food shopping (encourage maximum resident participation)., • Check medical prescriptions and assist with preparing monthly medication administration records., • Respond to Life Threatening Emergencies per Danielle’s Law and Stephen Komninos’ Law, • Cooperate with HCS and licensee and Department of Human Services in any inspection or investigation, • Participate in scheduled staff meetings, and orientation of new staff, • Be available for special residence coverage during holidays, emergencies or relief coverage., • Assist manager with monthly reports, supervision, and questions or concerns, • Document relevant information in HCS’ Electronic Documentation System., • Review red communication log book/resident RA notes within 24- 72 hours, • Oversee and assist in completion of shift duties to facilitate good relations between staff Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: • Licenses: Valid non-probationary driver's license required, • Must be at least 18 years of age., • ability to lift up to 35 lbs independently, ability to assist in a 2 person lift for residents, while using a Hoyer lift., • Submit to a criminal background check and be cleared by the Department of Human Services prior to hire., • Agree to drug testing prior to employment, as well as random and for-cause drug testing during employment., • Consent to checks against the Central Registry of Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and Child Abuse Record Information., • Attend required orientation and in-service training sessions., • Complete cooperation with the licensee (Hope Christian Services) and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation. The Assistant Trucking Operations Manager reports directly to the Trucking Operations Manager and serves as a key operational leader within the trucking department. This position provides day-to-day support, backup coverage, and operational oversight to ensure the efficient execution of trucking, logistics, and fine art transportation services. The Assistant Manager works closely with project coordinators, drivers, art handlers, and clients to maintain operational excellence while supporting the continued growth of the department.
