We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing Houston team. Responsibilities • Handle Ocean Import & Export shipments from booking through final delivery., • Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, truckers, warehouses, customs brokers, and customers., • Prepare and review shipping documents, including HBL, MBL, arrival notices, and invoices., • Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers., • Enter and maintain shipment information in the company operating system., • Verify A/R and A/P charges and ensure files are completed accurately., • Assist with customer service and operational problem-solving. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of freight forwarding experience preferred., • Experience in Ocean Import, Ocean Export, Air Import, or Air Export operations., • Knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics processes., • Strong organizational and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)., • Bilingual Mandarin and English preferred.
