Job Description Looking for motivated individuals to join our team! Join us and help deliver our authentic recipes and provide extraordinary dining experience that keeps our guests coming back for more! • Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations, • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, • Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks, • Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance, • Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time, • Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts, • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations, • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces), • Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy and other food items, • Processes prepared foods for service, • Assure that each item is cooked to the guest’s specifications, • Maintain proper presentation and Garnish each dish properly, • Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, broilers, sauté burners, ovens, flat top griddles and refrigeration equipment both during and after service, • Stock inventory appropriately, • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion, • Keep your assigned area clean & organized at all times, • Keep grills scraped to prevent carbon build up, if not scraped the black carbon will affect the quality of the food going to the guest, • Sweep floor frequently, • Empty trash can prior to any peak time also make sure trash makes it into the trash can and dirty rags in the appropriate bin, • Empty trash can prior to any peak time, prior to overflowing, and no trash on the floor, • Assume responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products served, • All employees must checkout with a manager or supervisor before completing their shift. All employees are given side work, cleaning assignments and final breakdown; these tasks must be completed before completing the shift., • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
