It serves customers across the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. \n \n World Transload Logistics (WTL), also part of the Group's U.S. operations, includes Minneapolis-based Helical Anchors Inc., which manufactures engineered helical foundation systems using patented inertia-weld technology, and Tube Technologies Inc., an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer of premium drilling equipment. \n \n Position Summary \n \n PR Jindal Group is building a formal branding and marketing communications function to strengthen how the company showcases its products, capabilities, technology, investments, people, and culture. The Marketing & Communications Specialist will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Supervisor to execute contents, digital marketing, branding, promotions, and vendor-led creative initiatives across the Group's U.S. businesses. \n \n This is a hands-on role for a strong writer and organized marketing generalist who can turn technical or operational information into clear external and internal communications. The Specialist will create day-to-day contents and marketing materials in-house, while coordinating with outside partners for specialized work such as major website development, brand films, promotional activities, professional photography, animation, and identity design. \n \n Work Location & Eligibility: This is an in-person, Downtown Houston-based position, with travel to Baytown, Texas and Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, as needed. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Content and Communications \n \n • Develop and edit contents for LinkedIn, company websites, brochures, presentations, press releases, corporate announcements, employee spotlights, recruiting materials, and educational campaigns. \n • Interview employees, subject matter experts and leaders to identify useful stories, understand technical details and translate them into clear content for customers, employees, candidates, and community audiences. \n • Maintain a disciplined editorial calendar and manage the drafting, review, approval, scheduling and publication process, ensuring that content is accurate, clear and consistent with approved company messaging. \n \n Brand and Creative Execution \n \n • Create professional day-to-day graphics, presentations, social content and basic marketing collateral using tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and appropriate AI-assisted creative tools. \n • Apply sound graphic design and UI/UX principles when creating or reviewing materials and provide clear feedback to ensure final work is usable, visually consistent and aligned with Jindal's business objectives. \n \n Digital Marketing and Performance \n \n • Maintain and update website content through the content management system, coordinate changes with external website partners, and perform quality checks before and after launch. \n • Support search engine optimization (SEO) through keyword research, content optimization, page titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and coordination of more technical work with outside specialists. \n • Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and LinkedIn analytics, prepare concise reporting and recommend improvements to content, website journeys and campaign execution. \n \n Vendor and Project Coordination \n \n • Convert internal goals and stakeholder input into clear briefs, requirements and deliverables for website, branding, design, photography, video, SEO and other marketing vendors. \n • Coordinate interviews, plant visits, filming schedules, asset collection, reviews and approvals so vendors have the information and access required to complete their work. \n • Support vendor research and proposal comparisons, consolidate internal feedback, track versions and deadlines, organize project, and process invoice documentation with the appropriate internal teams. \n \n Marketing Operations and Cross Functional Support \n \n • Maintain an organized library of approved logos, templates, photography, video, product information, facility descriptions and other reusable brand assets. \n • Partner with Sales to develop and improve capability presentations, product sheets, customer materials, case studies and trade-show collateral. \n • Work with Human Resources, Operations, Safety, Engineering and leadership groups to support employer branding, internal communications, events, company announcements and other priorities. \n \n Required Qualifications \n \n • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. \n • Strong visual judgment and a practical understanding of graphic design and UI/UX principles; able to produce professional everyday materials using Canva, Figma, Adobe tools or similar platforms. \n • One (1) plus year of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, content development, digital marketing or a related role. \n • Strong writing, editing and interviewing skills, with the ability to understand unfamiliar subject matter and explain it clearly to different audiences. \n • Working knowledge of SEO, website content management, digital analytics and company social media channels, particularly LinkedIn. \n • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, follow through on details and meet deadlines. \n • Strong communication skills and confidence working with employees and leaders across corporate and manufacturing environments. \n • Must be authorized to work in the United States. Employer sponsorship is not available for this position. \n \n Preferred Qualifications \n \n • Experience in B2B marketing or in manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, industrial services, engineering, construction or another technical industry. \n • A portfolio that demonstrates strong writing skills, digital content development, development of marketing materials, website work or creative project coordination, including corporate communications or broader brand development projects. \n • Familiarity with email marketing, CRM platforms, basic photography or video editing, and AI-assisted tools used for research, writing, design or content production. \n \n Compensation \n \n Salary Range: $65,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills.
