Proactively manage their expectations and exceed them through exceptional service., • Onboard with Enthusiasm: Create a positive and engaging onboarding experience for new clients. Gather all necessary information and assets for a seamless launch, ensuring a strong first impression for Joybyte., • Social Media Maestro: Develop and maintain clear project timelines for social media campaigns. Manage the creation and delivery of high-quality content (posts, graphics, ads) on time and within client specifications., • Collaborative Champion: Lead client meetings with confidence and foster effective collaboration with internal teams (Social Media Strategist, Content Writer, Graphic Designer) to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects., • Communication is Key: Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Keep them informed of progress, address questions and concerns promptly, and ensure transparency throughout the process. Knowledge and skills required: • Minimum 2 years experience in Account Management (digital marketing preferred)., • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and content marketing best practices., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – a true "people person.", • Experience managing client accounts, both social media-specific and multi-channel., • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines., • Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to develop and implement winning social media strategies., • Proficiency in project management tools and Google Suite., • A passion for social media and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends.
