If necessary, reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. - Works cooperatively and collaboratively with other Departments in the best interest of the organization and those we serve. - Ensures that a safe and healthy environment is maintained for all clients at all times. - Works flexible hours and available for on-call as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Special Education, Psychology, or related field; or equivalent experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities including individual support plan development, program monitoring, and behavioral plan development experience preferred in residential settings. A minimum of two years additional experience in a residential program. A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience in a residential program. Minimum 21 years of age as mandated by the Community Care Manual.
