Reporting to the Associate Director of Community Safety, the Program Manager will manage day-to-day operations of the Save Our Streets South Bronx program and support additional violence prevention efforts and new initiatives. Job Description Manager, Operations Summary The Manager, Operations is an operations project manager who will work with senior operations team to design and execute programs to support the companies’ goals and objectives. The Manager, Operations will provide overall planning for, and direction to operational areas to achieve operating standards, client satisfaction, and financial goals.
