If multiple Sales Associates work the booth that day, the bonus will be shared equally. For shared shifts, individual commissions are based on each team member’s recorded POS sales. Commission Allocation • For shared shifts, commissions will be allocated based on each team member's recorded sales in POS. Payment • Paid every 2 days via Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or Wire Transfer. 📌 Requirements • Minimum availability of 3 days per week; weekend availability is strongly preferred., • Reliable, punctual, professional, and comfortable actively approaching customers., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Comfortable working at indoor and outdoor holiday markets, including winter conditions., • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred., • Must notify the brand owner at least 72 hours in advance if unable to attend a confirmed shift, except in emergencies., • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn about the Semibold brand and products., • No-shows are not accepted.
