The Harlem Kettlebell Club (HKBC) is looking for a dedicated Fitness Coach to lead our group sessions. Studio Excellence • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment., • Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use., • Punctuality: Arrival is required at least 15 minutes before class begins to greet members, write programming on the board, set up equipment, and connect music., • Attendance Management: Check in members as they arrive and perform a final audit of the attendance list after class to ensure 100% accuracy., • The 55-Minute Standard: Classes are a maximum of 55 minutes (50 minutes of programming + 5 minutes for cleanup, photos, and transition). Classes must end exactly at the :50 mark., • Post-Class Reporting: Class photos are due within 1 hour of the session ending., • Mandatory In-Person Team Meetings: Coaches attend 6 scheduled meetings per year., • Professional Attire: Wearing the mandatory HKBC coach shirt is required for all coaching sessions., • Programming Integrity: Programming must be written on the board before class and must align strictly with the online class description (e.g., no deadlifts in a squat-focused class)., • Proven experience leading group fitness classes (Kettlebell experience is a MUST)., • Strong communication skills and a "community-first" mindset., • Ability to demonstrate and coach complex movements with technical precision., • Punctual, reliable, professional, and highly organized. We deal in sales of original and aftermarket parts with an emphasis on headlight/tailights (building of parts, parts assembly, modification, associated work). We have been in business since 2010. The job we are posting calls for a 14-21 hour work week. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is dependable, hardworking, and organized -- who will be responsible for assembly/dissasembly and modification of headlights for customer order fulfillments. The right person will be highly critical of their own work, pay attention to fabrication detail and work with minimal supervision once directions have been given. The tech will also fabricate led rings, box and label items, and assist with shop organization, among other things. The specifics include: • Tech/Artisan Work - opening different brands of headlights cleanly, and carefully, and modifying of headlights to accept led rings/strips, etc. Includes painting of headlights and re-sealing, • LED Ring and LED Carbon Fiber Eyebrow fabrication, • Headlight lens swap - entails cutting open headlights, and removing old lenses, cleaning of channel, installation of new lens, replacement of old wiring as needed., • Organizing and unboxing of new products/materials, • Organizing and routing orders according to business need/priority, • Ensuring all orders are completed in a timely fashion, • Assembling misc parts, • Using a Dremel to shave PCB boards/gel to enable parts to fit correctly into plastic lenses, • Gluing parts neatly and cleanly, • Using shop equipment to ensure LED rings and other products are operating within correct voltage specifications, • Perform quality assurance checks, • Wiring of receivers/controllers for use with LED components, • Soldering of parts as needed, • Perform independent tasks based upon general direction Requirements: • Excellent independent problem solving skills, • Excels at manual tasks, • Able to adapt to methodical processes, • Meticulous and organized, • Strong work ethic and solution minded, • Excellence oriented, • Present professionally (phsically and in your communication) Preferred skills: • Prior experience in automotive shops, • Prior fabrication experience Non-Starters: • Frequent lateness will not be tolerated., • Frequent unannounced/unplanned absenteeism will not be tolerated.     We’re a small, bootstrapped CGI and animation studio working with agencies, developers, and brands on high-end animation, architectural visualization, and CGI-heavy projects. Our work is project-based and relationship-driven, and we’re looking for a New York City–based Sales Representative to help expand our client pipeline and close new opportunities. This role is best suited for someone with experience selling creative or visualization services who understands how projects are initiated, scoped, and approved within the animation or architectural visualization industry. Duties • Identify and engage potential clients where our animation, CGI, or architectural visualization services are a strong fit, • Pitch our studio to agencies, developers, and brand-side teams, • Initiate and manage sales conversations through early-stage discussions and follow-ups, • Qualify opportunities and hand off confirmed leads to our internal team, • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, • Prior experience selling services within animation, CGI, architectural visualization, video production, or related creative industries, • Familiarity with agency, real estate, development, or brand-side workflows, • Comfortable working with project-based, non-standardized services, • Strong communication skills and ability to represent a studio in client-facing conversations
