This SNF is part of our " Epic Healthcare Management" group of facilities. • The Recreation Lead is a full employee who assists the Director/Assistant Director of Recreation and Volunteers in implementing, preparing, organizing and conducting programs, and supervising Recreation Aides and Volunteers. Recreation Lead participate as a member of the Care planning Team and completes all necessary documentation., • Recreation Lead under the supervision of the Director of Recreation, implements, develops, conducts activity programs to meet the needs of the patients/residents., • Ascertain from appropriate professional staff, those patients/resident who are available and able to be in the activities programs., • Recreation Lead assists in the clerical functioning of the recreation department, including letters, filing, and other clerical work of the department as needed., • Assists in transporting residents where and when necessary, to and from activity programs., • Recreation Lead works with volunteers on activity programs., • Record-keeping: Keeps records of residents’ participation and in what activity. Keeps other records as necessary.
