In this role, you will conduct outreach and screening with Medicaid members telephonically to assess eligibility for Epicured services and help navigate members to internal and external resources they qualify for. You will use designated contact center and program platforms to accurately document screening outcomes, referrals, and next steps. These services provide the support necessary to ensure engagement and active participation of the youth in the treatment planning process and support the ongoing implementation and reinforcement of recovery.
