The Crypto Compliance Quality Control Supervisor will support and oversee financial crime compliance operations within a dynamic, high-growth crypto environment. This position will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, scalable compliance operations while collaborating closely with an offshore delivery team. This is a client-facing, player-coach role responsible for managing day-to-day operations across transaction monitoring, screening, and Travel Rule workflows. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE As a Crypto Compliance Quality Control Supervisor, you will: Operational Leadership & Oversight • Oversee daily compliance operations across including transaction Monitoring, name and counterparty screening and travel rule validation workflows, • Manage alert queues, case allocation, and workflow prioritization, • Monitor SLA adherence, backlog, and case aging, • Perform initial alert reviews and complex investigations during onboarding and stabilization phases, • Support escalations and provide decisioning across, transaction Monitoring alerts, screening matches and travel rule exceptions, • Conduct quality reviews of investigative casework, • Apply QA/QC scoring methodologies aligned to regulatory expectations, • Identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement, • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client, • Manage escalations and communicate operational insights, • Provide reporting on performance metrics, quality trends, and risks, • Partner closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure seamless operations, • Support workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management, • Drive consistency in execution across global teams, • Identify and implement process improvements, • Enhance operational efficiency, quality, and scalability, • Support transition and expansion of new workstreams YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Crypto Compliance Quality Control Supervisor role include: Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in financial crime compliance (FCC), • Strong experience in crypto compliance (required), including: Blockchain analytics investigations and Travel Rule compliance, • Strong understanding of AML/BSA regulatory frameworks, • Experience leading or supervising compliance operations teams, • Hands-on experience with transaction monitoring and investigations, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required, • Ability to work a hybrid weekly schedule including on site in person at 185 Hudson St Jersey City NJ, 07302 and Remote at home, • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize levels of urgency within an assigned case load, • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment, • Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently and collaboratively, • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • High attention to detail and quality standards, • Strong analytical and investigative mindset, • Experience with industry-standard tools such as: Actimize, Unit21, Chainalysis, Notabene, • Prior experience in a client-facing role within a managed services or consulting environment or crypto firm., • BA/BS degree or above preferred WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU One of our company’s Culture Beliefs says, “We champion our people.” That’s why we significantly invest in our game-changers, our infrastructure, and our capabilities to ensure long-term success for both our teams and our customers. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
