As a Social Worker at US Renal Care, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team, working to help patients living with kidney disease achieve maximum social functioning and psychological adjustment to dialysis treatment and rehabilitation. Advocate & Support. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team working to ensure patients receive the best care, including conducting all required patient assessment and care planning activities such as assessing new patient psychosocial needs and completing the KDQOL in accordance with company policy and all state/CMS regulations. You will identify and counsel psychosocial issues and provide patient and family education. Report to both the Sales and Service Managers for direction and instruction. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Wash and Wax vehicles (cars and trucks) in a timely manner as determined by managers requests. • Perform work as outlined by immediate superiors with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership standards. • Be sure all keys to vehicles are tagged and descriptions match the vehicles. • Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. • Advise service advisor or sales manager immediately if additional work is needed. • Keep in mind that customer’ vehicles should not be used for personal errands. • Supervise work of any apprentice technicians as assigned. • Keep shop area neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times. • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing disposal of hazardous wastes. ensure the oversight for medical appointments being scheduled and completed timely, attended, and documented appropriately; ensure medical and healthcare is provided to individuals according to individuals’ needs, • In collaboration with the Program Coordinator, manage individuals’ finances, including allocation of personal spending money, planning of spenddowns, ensuring the accountability of individual funds by signing out monies for individuals to staff, collection of receipts and change from staff, completion of the cash ledger, and submission of reconciled finances to the Program Finance Coordinator monthly, • Lead meetings with the Nurse Case Managers to review individual’s medical appointments, medications, adaptive equipment, and other medically needed supports, • Aid in the resolution of problematic situations (i.e., communication difficulties, times of distress or agitation) that may occur for individuals supported, • Complete assigned timekeeping activities and approve/reconcile the Program Coordinators assigned timekeeping activities for all assigned staff in accordance with established program protocols, • Promptly report any infractions or failure to follow established Elwyn policies and procedures, with Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations, Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, and applicable state/local/federal regulations at all times to the appropriate party, • Maintains current state-mandated training and certifications, • Follows all current policies and procedures of Elwyn New Jersey, • Cooperates with Elwyn New Jersey and the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services, or any other authorized investigating body during an inspection, an inquiry, or investigation, • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), safe crisis management, and medication administration using agency-trained protocols, • Perform other duties as assigned, • High school diploma with six (6) years' experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD); OR associate degree in the field of human services or related field AND four (4) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities; OR bachelor's degree in the field of human services or related field AND two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities; OR Master's Degree AND one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities, • One (1) year of supervisory experience, • Previous experience working within and managing a unionized workforce preferred, • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions, • Must be able to perform CPR and safe care using agency-trained protocols, • Experience using/knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) / Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred, • Must submit to a criminal background check and be determined to be not disqualified by the New Jersey Department of Human Services prior to working with individuals served, • Program Coordinator or Manager experience preferred, • Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and provide direction to teams and individual staff, • Knowledge of applicable regulations including but not limited to NJAC 10:44A, Standards for Community Residences for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and applicable Division Circulars and Home and Community Based Services Waiver Regulations, • Knowledge of health insurances, Medical Assistance, Social Security Administration rules a plus, • Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record.

Job Details Responsibilities: As a Mechanical PM, you will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning and feasibility assessments to design, construction, and handover., 2. Managing the coordination and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and requirements., 3. Leading and managing project teams, including contractors, engineers, and other professionals, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery., 4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members., 5. Monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and taking corrective actions as necessary to keep the project on track., 6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and best practices., 7. Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: To be considered for this pivotal role, you should possess: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems., 2. Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects., 3. Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, and regulations., 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive teams to achieve project goals., 5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues and make effective decisions under pressure., 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members., 7. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
