Position Overview The Marketing Assistant will support the company’s digital marketing, social media, customer outreach, and local business-development efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, comfortable using technology, and eager to grow with an expanding company. Responsibilities • Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other platforms., • Develop and manage company's target marketing initiatives, • Photograph and record projects, team members, and completed work., • Edit short-form videos, before-and-after photos, and promotional content., • Update website pages, project galleries, blogs, and service-area content., • Assist with email campaigns, promotions, and customer follow-ups., • Request and monitor customer reviews., • Respond to social media messages, comments, and online inquiries., • Track leads and marketing performance., • Help develop relationships with realtors, designers, contractors, and community organizations., • Assist with printed materials, showroom displays, sponsorships, and local events., • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels., • Coordinate with project managers and field teams to collect project photos and information., • Perform additional marketing and administrative duties as needed.
