Key Responsibilities: • Medication Preparation: Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist., • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering patient inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving concerns in a professional manner., • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and use Microsoft Excel to track supplies and reorder medications as needed., • Data Management & Reporting: Utilize Excel to create and maintain reports related to inventory, insurance claims, and other operational data.
