You may be delegated administrative tasks by the Clinical Nursing Supervisor to achieve minimum hourly requirements as needed. Collaboration with Healthcare Providers: • Work closely with nursing teams, pharmacists, and other pharmacy staff members to ensure optimal patient care and coordination of treatment plans., • Communicate any issues or concerns regarding treatment effectiveness or patient reactions to the clinical nurse supervisor. Medication Management: • Ensure the proper preparation and handling of medications, adhering to safety standards., • Verify that the right medication and dosage are provided for each patient.
