As a member of WideOrbit’s Professional Services team, reporting to the Principal Consultant, Digital Practice Lead, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation projects and professional services engagements, with a primary focus on WideOrbit Digital solutions including digital order management, integrations, and ad tech workflows. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of client onboarding, architecting customized solutions that support both linear and digital workflows and align with each client’s unique business and operational needs. You’ll ensure seamless compatibility of solutions within the broader WideOrbit ecosystem, maintaining alignment across products and services. The ideal candidate has a blend of media, ad tech and technical consulting experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales. Here’s what success will look like: • Manage end-to-end implementation and professional services projects, ensuring alignment with both WideOrbit and client objectives, delivered on time and within scope., • Drive the gathering of business requirements, mapping workflows, design and tailoring configurations to client needs and ensuring effective project execution., • Partner closely with teams across Product, Engineering, and Sales to align technical and business strategies, facilitating effective and efficient project delivery and client satisfaction., • Engage with clients in a proactive, consultative manner to understand their business objectives, recommend best practices, and troubleshoot configuration., • Plan and deliver training sessions for new clients during implementations and existing clients during professional services engagements, ensuring effective adoption of the WideOrbit platform., • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative when working on solutions that are still in development, contributing feedback and creative problem-solving., • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and best practices as the WideOrbit platform evolves., • Coordinate with project managers to develop high-level timelines, manage resources, and prioritize multiple projects, seeing each through to completion., • Identify, document, and communicate software defects or enhancement requests, collaborating with internal teams and keeping clients informed., • Stay current on new WideOrbit products, features, and industry trends., • As needed, travel to client sites to support onboarding, discovery sessions, and onsite training. To thrive in this role, we’re looking for: • 4+ years of experience in a media-focused software environment, with digital advertising, programmatic media or ad tech integrations preferred., • Hands on knowledge of ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, Adswizz/Audiomatic, etc.), DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), and platforms for ad buying/selling., • Strong technical aptitude and comfort working across evolving solutions and systems., • Comfort using AI-powered tools to support daily work (e.g., analysis, documentation, troubleshooting, knowledge discovery, or process automation)., • Bonus: Understanding of linear TV, audio, and cross-platform media workflows is a plus., • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams., • Comfortable serving as a primary client point of contact and collaborating effectively across functions., • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset., • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities., • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Location: This role can be based in any of our offices or remote, with a preference for candidates working in the Eastern Time Zone. Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 + Annual Variable Bonus Compensation: The compensation range listed, and a general description of other compensation and benefits will apply to this position.
