There is no limit on what you can earn., • Benefits including medical insurance, paid time off and paid holidays, • Small office environment, with a team atmosphere where your contributions and work are noticed., • Contests with additional opportunities to earn, • Paid travel to conferences based on results, • Support for receiving industry certification You will be source talent and be a matchmaker between leading Veterinary organizations (practices, clinics, hospitals, humane societies etc.) and high-quality talent, veterinarian doctors, etc. You will spend your day building relationships, making connections, and having quality conversations and ultimately making the best match between our clients’ hiring needs while at the same time working with top talent to find their ideal position. · Source Candidates: Search for potential candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media platforms such as LinkedIn, professional networking sites, and databases. • Build and Maintain a Pipeline: Attract passive candidates through phone calls, texts, and email campaigns to prospective and existing., • Build Your Network: Create long-lasting and trusting relationships with candidates for future positions., • Achieve Goals: Have a sales and numbers-oriented mindset to successfully hit and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. You will be working from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday (Five Days Per Week) at our beautiful 91st & Yale, modern South Tulsa Office location, which is conveniently located near Wholefoods, the Creek Turnpike, Quick Trip, Starbucks, numerous restaurants, walking / biking trails, fitness centers, banks, etc. What is the History of the VET Recruiter?
