    The Accredited Group (TAG) is seeking a high-level business development and sales professional to support and grow the sales side of our affiliate partnership channel. This role is focused on managing existing affiliate relationships while actively working their deals through the funding process, ensuring strong execution, partner satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth. This is an in-office, relationship-driven sales role working closely with CPAs, bankers, business consultants, payroll providers, and other professional advisors who refer small to mid-sized business owners. 📍 Location 1 Huntington Quadrangle, Melville, NY This is a mandatory in-office role. We believe speed of execution, collaboration, and culture are built in person. This Role Is NOT For Everyone We are not looking for order-takers or individuals who require constant direction. Ideal Candidate Background (Helpful, Not Required) While not required, strong candidates often come from: • Business lending (SBA, MCA, equipment finance, or commercial lending), • Banking or credit underwriting, • Financial services or B2B sales, • Mortgage or real estate lending, • High-performance, relationship-based sales environments Experience in these areas is helpful — but we prioritize drive, coachability, and execution ability over title or background. What You Will Step Into • A nationwide network of 1,000+ affiliate partners, with several hundred actively producing opportunities, • A fine-tuned CRM and automation infrastructure designed to streamline outreach, follow-up, and partner engagement, • An established referral-based sales system with consistent deal flow, • Direct access to leadership, underwriting, and execution teams, • A platform built for scale, speed, and consistent production What You Will Do • Manage and grow existing affiliate partner relationships, • Work incoming partner deals from submission through funding, • Increase partner production through consistent engagement and communication, • Develop new strategic affiliate relationships nationwide, • Represent TAG at local networking events, chambers of commerce, and industry associations, • Educate partners on SBA, working capital, equipment financing, and commercial lending solutions, • Collaborate directly with underwriting, sales, and leadership to execute deals efficiently 💰 Compensation • Competitive base salary + commission structure, • Strong sales professionals have the ability to earn six figures in year one, with significant upside beyond that based on performance, • 401(k) eligibility after 90 days Why TAG This is not a job — it is a performance seat inside a scaling sales infrastructure with real deal flow, real partners, and real execution support.     Position Summary The Assembler / Fabrication Technician will work alongside experienced fabricators and production personnel to manufacture, assemble, modify, and finish a variety of custom products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in manufacturing. We are willing to train the right candidate. Experience is valued, but attitude, work ethic, and mechanical aptitude are equally important. Responsibilities • Assemble fabricated components using hand and power tools, • Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications, • Measure, cut, drill, fit, and finish parts to required tolerances, • Install hardware, inserts, fasteners, and Helicoils, • Assist with fabrication of plastic, metal, and composite products, • Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently, • Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process, • Maintain a clean and organized work area, • Support production, fabrication, and special projects as needed Required Qualifications • Strong mechanical aptitude, • Comfortable using hand and power tools, • Ability to read a tape measure accurately, • Strong attention to detail, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, • Reliable transportation and attendance, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with any of the following is a plus: • Router operation, • Table saw operation, • Plastic welding, • Metal fabrication, • Metal welding, • Helicoil installation, • CNC machinery, • Drill presses, band saws, and fabrication equipment, • Blueprint or technical drawing interpretation, • Marine fabrication, • Manufacturing or assembly environments, • 3D printing / additive manufacturing, • Quality control inspection What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: • Enjoys building and creating things, • Takes pride in producing quality work, • Likes working with tools and equipment, • Is eager to learn new fabrication techniques, • Wants to grow with a rapidly expanding manufacturing company Whether you are an experienced fabricator or someone with strong mechanical skills looking for an opportunity to learn, we encourage you to apply.
