Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant Location: Nutley, NJ Compensation: $22.50 - $32/hr Type: Contract Overview This position is responsible for performing proactive/high quality administrative support to multiple members within the Global Regulatory Operation Services department. You will own the month-end close, financial statements, technical accounting, treasury and cash management, tax compliance, AP, revenue, payroll, and our control environment, while partnering closely with our Credit/AR team, FP&A, external auditors, and leadership, with a strong focus on automation and leveraging AI and other modern tools to scale the function efficiently.
