Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all patient care services meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Staff Management: Supervising and supporting the agency's clinical and administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Policy and Procedure Development: Participating in the development and implementation of agency policies and procedures related to patient care, quality, and operations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the agency is compliant with all applicable state and federal regulations.
