Primary Functions: · Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; · Review and utilization of AP aging to schedule processing; · Review purchase orders, contracts, invoices, or payment discrepancies when necessary; · Reconcile monthly vendor statements as necessary; · Process invoices through the Rapidpay and MDS system for approvals, and/or require written approval before the timely processing of payments to vendors.
