As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. Role Summary: The Front Office Supervisor will supervise the daily operations of the Guest Experience/Concierge team to ensure service standards align with Forbes Five-Star expectations and brand standards of Eau Resort & Spa Palm Beach. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized service, anticipatory hospitality, and seamless coordination of guest preferences and special requests. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: oversees VIP arrivals, departures, and in-house experiences, ensuring all pre-arrival arrangements, amenities, and itineraries are properly executed; coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Resort Activities teams to deliver cohesive and exceptional guest experiences; proactively resolve guest concerns or service recovery opportunities with professionalism, empathy, and prompt follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction; train, mentor, and support Guest Experience team members on service standards, guest engagement, and problem resolution; assist with managing concierge services including dining reservations, transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and special experiences; support the implementation and management of VIP amenity programs and ensure amenities are presented in a thoughtful, personalized manner; maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences in the property management system to enhance future stays and ensure continuity of service. This role will ensure adherence to departmental procedures, luxury service standards, and resort policies while fostering a culture of hospitality excellence. We have a full-time position available. This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights. Essential Qualifications: • Previous Front Desk experience, • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, staff, and co-workers to their understanding., • High aptitude for computer programs, • Effective conflict resolution skills, • Professional and cooperative demeanor, • Positive and energetic attitude, • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations., • Knowledge and execution of effective office organizational practices., • Ability to ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures with self and staff., • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments., • Ability to be a clear thinker, analyzes and resolve problems, and exercise good judgment., • Ability to direct the performance of assigned staff and follow up with coaching and guidance to praise or make corrections., • Ability to motivate and inspire assigned staff and maintain a cohesive team., • Ability to ascertain staff training needs and provide such training., • Ability to focus attention on details., • Ability to develop strong, productive, professional relationships with internal and external guests., • Ability to exert physical effort in transporting equipment and perform job duties., • Ability to endure abundant physical movements in carrying out job duties., • Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information and materials., • Ability to work with minimal supervision and provide immediate follow-up., • Ability to practice detailed standardized accounting procedures to protect the assets of the hotel., • Must have a professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills., • Be an ambassador to Eau Resort & Spa at all times, in and outside of the work place., • Ability to take initiative and work productively within any given period of time. Should be aggressive and must work well under pressure., • Must be a team player, working well with other departments and coworkers., • Ability to coherently present information in front of groups., • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends holidays and evenings if necessary., • Ability to go the extra mile, to provide the extra attention in order to satisfy guests’ individual needs and wants., • Should be creative, innovative and strive for continuous improvement., • Should display leadership qualities in regards to thinking clearly, quickly, and making decisions., • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate work, • Ability to ascertain departmental training needs and provide such training., • Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment., • Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult guests and/or situations.
