Job Description The Production Supervisor will manage the day-to-day production floor logistics of the hourly assembly employees in accordance with company policy, and product quality standards. This individual is expected to utilize labor hours efficiently and minimize non-value-added activity; Be an agent of change. The Supervisor is responsible for identifying and resolving production-related problems by working closely with the direct labor workforce and support personnel. The Supervisor will be an integral part of the Production Team, which may require him/her to work alongside the production personnel on the line, to ensure our revenue site plan is met.
