We are searching for a strong, experienced, and highly strategic Marketing Manager to join our corporate HQ team - someone who can lead, coach, and guide our in-house marketing staff, identify weaknesses, build systems, and ensure all franchise and corporate marketing aligns with brand standards. This role is not for someone who only “executes tasks.” This role is for someone who can diagnose issues, create strategy, manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize processes, and make sure the entire marketing department is aligned and performing. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Oversight • Lead and manage the marketing department across all channels ( paid ads,emails, local store marketing, landing pages, print collateral,social media etc.), • Review existing marketing processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities., • Build systems that ensure consistent brand messaging and performance across 140+ locations., • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. Team Coaching & Collaboration • Provide clear direction, feedback, and daily/weekly priorities to the in-house marketing team., • Guide the team on best practices in copywriting, branding, design alignment, and campaign strategy., • Ensure all team members follow Sugaring NYC’s internal brand standards and communication style., • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement. Brand Management & Quality Control • Maintain and protect the Sugaring NYC brand voice, identity, and aesthetic across all digital and print materials., • Approve and oversee content creation, including:, • Social media, • Email blasts, • Ads campaigns, • Website updates, • Design deliverables, • Track and analyze performance data across all marketing campaigns, including CTR, open rates, engagement, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and overall ROI., • Monitor paid advertising metrics across Meta, Google, and other platforms to ensure campaigns are optimized and budget is used efficiently., • Evaluate landing page performance, funnel drop-off points, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement., • Use data to refine audience targeting, creative direction, messaging strategy, and channel prioritization., • Build reporting dashboards and provide weekly/monthly performance summaries with actionable insights., • Proactively identify underperforming campaigns, channels, or locations and recommend corrective actions or new opportunities., • A/B test creatives, subject lines, offers, and messaging to continuously improve campaign effectiveness., • Make data-backed decisions to strengthen brand presence, increase guest acquisition, and enhance digital reach. Local Store Marketing (LSM) Support • Develop scalable marketing playbooks for franchise owners., • Collaborate closely with franchise partners, helping them:, • Improve local outreach, • Build community partnerships, • Increase visibility, • Execute micro-campaigns tailored to their market Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field., • 5+ years experience in marketing management, brand leadership, or multi-location marketing., • Demonstrated experience managing and coaching a marketing team., • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and branding., • Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines., • Competitive salary with growth potential, • Clear upward path toward VP of Marketing / CMO, • Opportunity to shape marketing strategies for a national brand, • Collaborative, creative, and supportive environment, • Ability to have a direct impact on 140+ locations nationwide This person should be: • Exceptionally strong in communication, able to give clear direction and articulate ideas effectively., • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities without losing momentum., • Strategic and analytical, confident in reviewing data, spotting trends, and making informed decisions that move the brand forward., • Experienced in leading and directing a marketing team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent execution., • Deeply passionate about brand consistency, visual identity, messaging, and maintaining a unified voice across all channels., • Solution-oriented, able to break down problems into actionable steps and follow them through to completion., • Confident stepping in when needed, reviewing work, correcting direction, reinforcing standards, and ensuring high-quality output from the entire team.
