The Senior Performance Media Specialist plays a critical role in driving performance marketing initiatives across acquisition and lifecycle channels, including paid search, paid social, display/programmatic, and email marketing. Duties and Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Execution • Build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and display, video channels., • Manage campaign structure, targeting strategy, bid management, and creative testing to maximize performance and efficiency., • Identify opportunities to scale performance through new audience segments, creative testing, and channel expansion., • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs., • Monitor campaign pacing, performance trends, and budget allocation to ensure alignment with business goals., • Support campaign forecasting, budget planning, and performance modeling., • Ensure proper campaign setup, tracking implementation, and performance measurement across platforms., • Experience working with Affiliate marketing partnerships or 3rd Party advertisers is preferred. Email Marketing Execution & Leadership • Execute and optimize lifecycle and promotional email campaigns using MailChimp or similar ESP platforms., • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including welcome journeys, lead nurturing, win-back campaigns, and retention programs., • Assist with segmentation strategy, audience targeting, and campaign scheduling to improve engagement and conversion performance., • Analyze email campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve open rates, engagement, and conversions., • Collaborate with internal teams to align email communications with paid media campaigns, promotions, and business priorities. Performance Analysis, Reporting & Optimization • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers across channels., • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI., • Build and maintain performance reporting to track key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue contribution., • Lead A/B testing initiatives across media and lifecycle channels to continuously improve performance., • Monitor attribution, tracking accuracy, and conversion measurement to ensure reliable performance data. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with internal teams including analytics, creative, web, SEO, and revenue management to align marketing efforts with business goals., • Collaborate with marketing leadership on channel strategy, testing roadmap, and performance optimization initiatives., • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and support business growth objectives., • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing strategies., • Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and scalability., • Share insights and recommendations with the broader marketing team. Qualifications Required • 4-7+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Ads., • Proven experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns with measurable impact on business outcomes., • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets., • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting tables; comfort manipulating large datasets)., • Experience managing campaign budgets, pacing, and performance optimization., • Experience with lifecycle marketing and email platforms such as MailChimp, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar ESPs. Mailchimp and/or Iterable a plus., • Experience managing multi-channel performance marketing programs across search, social, and display., • Experience with marketing automation, attribution tools, and tracking implementation., • Ability to build recurring performance reporting using GA/GA4 and BI tools (Power BI / Looker Studio), translating results into actionable insights., • Familiarity with bid management or media automation platforms such as SA360, Skai, or Fluency. Fluency a plus., • Google Ads, Meta, or other platform certifications., • Experience working in a multi-location, high-growth, or performance-driven organization., • Use project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana) to manage workstreams, testing roadmaps, and timelines., • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally., • Support measurement fundamentals including conversion tracking concepts, pixels, and tag management coordination (GTM familiarity a plus).
