Job Description Position Summary The Development Manager is responsible for leading and executing individual giving strategies that generate sustainable revenue and deepen donor engagement. This role manages donor relationships across the giving continuum—annual, major, monthly, and planned giving—and plays a central role in fundraising campaigns and special events. Website & Landing Page Optimization * Build and update landing pages using WordPress, Salesforce, and comparable Content Management Systems. * Support SEO implementation, including metadata, indexing, and keyword updates. * Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for CRO (conversion rate optimization). * Maintain the accuracy of website pages, blog content, and resource pages. CRM, Marketing Automation & Systems Support * Support accurate lead routing, data consistency, and field mapping. * Monitor the flow of leads and identify breakdowns or inefficiencies. * Collaborate with other CIP departments on system improvements. * Pull reports from Salesforce related to inquiries, applications, pipeline movement, and enrollments as needed for marketing performance analysis.
